Mama Kicks Berbere Sauce

Exotic spices from Ethiopia provide a warm and sweet combination in a tomato-based sauce. Itʼs delicious as a dipping sauce for bread or meatballs, tossed with roasted vegetables, or used in place of ketchup. Here are a few of our favorite recipes.
