This stuff is HOT! While not on the same scale as habaneros or ghost peppers, the ground version of serrano peppers is super potent. We recommend using 1/4 tsp in place of floating two serranos in your chili recipe. This has fantastic flavor and aroma and because of it's potency, you won't lose heat throughout the cooking process. This is one of our newer products and we are thrilled to be carrying it. Use sparingly and wear gloves. Wash hands after using and do not stick your nose in the bag!!
