Blueberry, Sumac and Cinnamon with Ghost Peppers is a hotter version of our Habanero based Blueberry. Despite the additional heat, the intense blueberry flavor still burst through so you get the flavor before the heat. If you like the heat, this makes a great barbecue sauce. But it also goes well in dairy products.
