Boiling Instructions for Crawfish, Shrimp and Crabs:
Add 3/4 of a bag of Daigle's All New Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil and a 1/2 bottle of Daigle's Seafood Liquid Boil to pot of boiling water. Add Crawfish 20-30 lbs, for 3-4 dozen Crabs, or for 35 lbs. of Shrimp. At this time you may add lemons, vinegar (to help peel easy), and butter for added flavor, but not necessary. Bring water back to a boil for 4 minutes, turn off heat and let sit for 5 more minutes. Remove seafood from water and sprinkle the remaining of Daigle's Seafood Seasoning!
