Our Lime Jalapeno brine takes it root from the traditional Al Pastor recipe. The blend of pineapple and lime juice along with the potent herbal bouquet of mexican oregano, cilantro and cumin produce a very authentic flavor. Lime Jalapeno’s heat level is mild, so while its flavor filled, it can be enjoyed by everyone. This was designed for flank steak fajitas but it's great on chicken, shrimp, tilapia, and unbelievable on a rack of lamb.
