Created by our own Mild Bill, EC Special is a great chili powder blend that can be used in any recipe that calls for a mild chili powder blend. We also like to use EC Special in BBQ rubs - it has great salt and heat.
Scoville Heat Units: 1,500-2,500
Ingredients: Ground chili peppers, cumin, garlic, oregano, salt and MSG.
