Mild Bill's S-1090 MSG 4oz

MSG - Monosodium Glutamate.  A preservative used to enhance the flavor of any dish you are preparing, including chili.  MSG has a very strong flavor; use sparingly.  We recommend 1/4 tsp per 2 pound chili recipe.
