Knackies comes from a small community in Inman, Kansas. Knackies started out as a small commercial bakery in 1990 and later turned into a catering service on the side. While opening up a small eatery with dine-in and carry-out services, Steve worked on developing his House BBQ sauce. If you like our original BBQ sauce, The Hot-N-Spicy BBQ sauce will give you a hint of heat. You can add this to any recipe to give your taste buds a little zip. These are bottled in easily accessible "Bear" bottles with a flip-top lid thus the name Bear-B-Que on the bottle.
