Mix it with your own injection recipe, with Smokin' Swine Brine, or as a stand alone.  This product has the same basic make up as the bark on your ribs or pork butt.  Truly does make the inside taste like the outside.

Also great as a rub additive or sauce and gravy flavoring agent.  Recommended mix rate 1/4 cup per pint of liquid as an injection.
