The Victorinox Swiss Classic all-purpose, pull-apart Kitchen Shears features high carbon, stainless steel blades; hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. The scissor blades full apart for easy washing, drying and sharpening. These shears can be used for cutting herbs, flowers, vegetables, fruit or even just to snip open packages in the ktichen. A special tempering process is used to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again, so the scissors can keep their original sharpness throughout their entire life. The polypropylene handle has a built-in Bottle Opener and is NSF approved.
