I knew L.E. New, the man that developed and produced Red Creek Marinade. He was a dang good cook and one hell of a fiddle player.
I've seen him go from playing some good 'ol Bob Wills tunes right into playing AC/DC, just trying to saw that fiddle in half. He was a little bit of a jokester, just a tad; and had a heart of gold.
We lost him; heck, over 10 years ago. I miss 'ol L.E. I'm glad his legacy lives on. I've been smoking meats for over 40 years, I won't use anything else if I can help it.

I'm another one of those guys who first tried this marinade at a trade show in Wichita Ks around 20 years ago. Been a fan ever since. Then it was not available for years, I kept looking for it. Was SO HAPPY when I found it at Champion BBQ Supply and even happier when I received my first shipment and it was exactly the same marinade I and my family fell in love with so long ago. Now I have both my sons and 1 grandson also huge fans as they use it themselves. As one other guy mentioned in these reviews, if you haven't yet tried this stuff, you absolutely are missing the boat. No joke. Chicken, pork tenderloin,, steak you can't go wrong. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I'm gifting it this Christmas :)

The best marinate I have ever had
I first tasted this marinade at a trade show booth about 18 years ago. Been a huge fan ever since. But then something happened and I was not able to buy it anywhere for a few years. I kept searching and finally found Champion BBQ had it in stock. I just placed my second order from them. This is the absolute best marinade for ANY meat you are throwing on the grill. My family and friends always rave about whatever I grilled that day (this is my secret ingredient) especially on chicken. Ya'll are missing the boat if you're not using this. I'm a customer for life! Absolute family favorite in our house!!! Makes the best burgers and steaks. I don't even miss going out to eat anymore!! 10/10!
I've used this marinade for many years. Great on everything including jerky. Only place I was able to find it was at Championship BBQ Supply.
